PLAYWRITING WORKSHOP FABULAMUNDI #6@Odeon
Tuesday, March 25, 2025, the last PLAYWRITING WORKSHOP #6 of the fourth edition, New Voices, of the European project Fabulamundi. Playwriting Europe debuted. Entitled LEGACIES. Our Mothers. Our Grandmothers, the workshop is coordinated by Mihaela Michailov and will take place between March 25 and June 28, 2025.
The workshop focuses on those who have left their mark on our lives and whom we have perhaps known too little. Who we have perhaps listened to too little. The workshop starts from personal stories and transgenerational experiences, transformed into monologues that bear the imprint of little-studied family histories. Through self-referential writing exercises, the authors shed light on the worlds of women who have marked their development.
The participants are 8 students at the Master’s in Playwriting at UNATC.
The finality of the Workshop #6 will be presented to the public in the form of a reading performance in the Studio Hall on Wednesday, June 25, at 7:00 PM, and admission is free.
Fabulamundi. Playwriting Europe has been working with artists, professionals and European institutions for over 10 years, supporting the careers of playwrights and promoting a diverse, sustainable ecosystem with equal opportunities between genders.
The current edition, entitled New Voices, focuses on the development of a new generation of playwrights, the discovery and support of new voices, under the coordination of mentor playwrights who form the Fabulamundi Community.
