On Monday, May 13, 2019, GARDENIA by Elzbieta Chowaniec received the Best Performance Award at the “Elvira Godeanu” Theatre Festival in Tg Jiu.
Congratulations to the entire team of creators: Zoltan Balazs (director), Constantin Ciubotariu (set design), Andrada Chiriac (costumes) and actresses: Antoaneta Zaharia, Paula Niculiţă, Simona Popescu, Mădălina Ciotea.
This award completes the record of last year when the show was appreciated at the Oradea theatre festival – Best Director Award and Best Stage Design Award and at Fest (in) on Bulevard in Bucharest – The Best Set Design Award.
Gardenia was produced within the European project Fabulamundi. Playwriting Europe, 3rd edition 2017-2020.
